Should Sir JOHN KEY's motion fir the repeal of the
House and Window Tax go to a division, it will have the support of several Tory as well as Liberal mem- bers; and as sonic of the hitherto thick and thin supporters of Ministers are pledged to vote for the abolition of these taxes, a majority against Ministers may be expected. Mr. -ATrwOOD, the member for Birmingham, intends shortly to make a mo- tion for the abolition of all duties on articles of food.
