Each Dominion Government will have the right to advise the

Crown in all matters concerning the affairs of that Dominion. The British Government will no longer give advice to the King in opposition to the opinions of any Dominion. If legislation in one Dominion affects the interests of other Dominions the procedure will be consultation between the Ministers of all the Dominions concerned. The British Government has agreed in principle that questions suitable for judicial appeal are to be settled in accordance with the wishes of the part of the Empire affected, but no change is recommended for the present.
