The Oil War, by Mr. Anton Mohr (Hopkinson, 7s. 6d.),

deserves more expert treatment than can be given here, but the book must be mentioned not only because it has a preface by Mr. Hartley Withers, but also because it combines statistics and business history with an uncommon degree of readability.
