Lord Eustace Percy went on to say that as the
Finance ouncil and the Senate would both be supreme in their wa spheres, and those spheres would overlap, the nestion would arise which ought to be supreme in a number of conceivable circumstances: He thought that this decision should be left to the Statutory Commission. The Labour Party announced its intention of supporting the Bill, so it seems certain to go through—in spite of Dr. Little, who declared that the University was against it.
