The Paris papers of Thursday continue to discuss the question

of electoral reform. It is said that the Ministry are "straining every nerve to prevent the spread of the contagion." Defections from the Opposition are spoken of; but on the other band, the National Guards of the Barilieu of Paris have declared against the Ministry.
