Strtx on Temperance SIR. --In last week's issue Colonel Fleming refers,
in his always delightful way, to the improbability of a temperance movement beginning in White's. It is just possible that such a movement, starting there, might play a disproportionate role in the task of getting this country back to a sense of purpose and responsibility.
