JAN. 27.-In a convocation held this day, it was agreed to accept the bequest contained in the will of the Rev. Robert Finch, M.A. of Balliol College. On Friday the Rev. C. W. Stocker, M.A. formerly fellow of St. John's, was ad- mitted to the degree of Bachelor in Divinity. CAMBRIDGE.

At a congregation on Wednesday last, the degree of Doctor in Divinity was con , ferred on the Rev. J. Graham, Master of Christ's College, by royal mandate. At the same congregation, the Rev. A. ITicken, Fellow of St. Peter's Col- lege, and Head Master of Blundell's School, Tiverton, Devon, was admitted Bator of Divinity.

On Saturday last, F. J. Wethered, H. Dupuis, J. S. Legh, and C. Wilder, Fellows of King's College, were admitted Bachelors of .Arta.
