THE QUEEN and Court have been at Windsor during the week.

At a Privy Council on Saturday Parliament was ordered .to be pro- rogued from Thursday last to Thursday December the 15th. The Duke de Nemours visited the Queen on Monday. Among the visitors staying at the Castle this week have been Lord Palmerston, Lord Elgin, and the Duke of Somerset.
