to hounds. The -muses have always loved the hunting-field, and the literary standard of the collection is as high as the technical. We hope that only considerations of copyright kept out extracts from Mr. Masefield's Reynard the Fox. The inclusion of a section on whale hunting is eccentric but exhilarating.
