[To FRE 'Correa or vu "SracrAroa."] SIR.,—Opinions may differ as to the advisability or otherwise of discontinuing the Sunday postal delivery in the provinces ; but would any one take exception to the discontinuance of the delivery of book-packets and circulars P I am assured that postmen generally would accept as a great boon a diminution of their Sunday labours even to this extent.—I am, Sir, &c.,
