MISTAKES AND MYSTIFICATIONS.

THE newspapers this week have been full of misstatements of points at issue between this country and Lower Canada, and facts connected with the contest. Some of these we have been at the pains to correct ; but the following catalogue must be taken merely as a sample of the systematic misrepresentation going on.
