The period when the trial may terminate is still uncertain.
Mr. Whiteside was to resume his address yesterday ; Mr. M'Donogh would follow for Mr. Barrett ; and Mr. O'Connell may not begin till Monday. It is now said that several witnesses are to be examined for the defence, including Roman Catholic Bishops and clergymen, Dissenting ministers, and laymen. The Solicitor-General will reply ; and it is expected that all the Judges will separately charge the Jury!
