I hand it on to two friends, and then post it to my son ; it then goes to my brother in London, who posts it to another brother in Washington, who passes it on to his clergyman ; all express their enjoyment of it. The various interests which are dealt with in the paper—political, international, educational, religious and literary, are treated in a very sane and enlightened manner —I am, Sir, &c.,
