Mr. Victor Gollancz, who is, among other things, the somewhat

vocal chairman of Save Europe Now, recently returned from an extensive visit to Germany, where he undertook a one-man survey of affairs in the British zone. His report, as many will have already discovered, is far from cheering. It will be published in full on January loth under the title In Darkest Germany (Gollancz).
