The Morning Post states that "this very afternoon Lord Clarendon
will have an interview with the Emperor Napoleon, at Boulogne" ; and it is presumed that "the ideas of the two Governments" will be discussed, in reference to the new state of things caused by the death of the Emperor Nicholas.
A telegraphic despatch from Turin, dated yesterday, states that the Chamber of Deputies had adopted the Convent Suppression Bill by 117 votes to 86.
