The German Peace Delegates, headedby the. Foreign Minister, Count Brockdorff-Reatzau,
arrived at Versailles on Tuesday.
It is uncertain, as we write on Thursday, whether they have full powers to sign a Treaty, or when the Allied terms will be presented to them for acceptance. The terms, it is said, rim to eighty thousand words or more—the equivalent of a copy of the. Specialor—so that the proceedings will take some time.
