You asked me "if a position not inferior to Ireland or Scotland would be acceptable." I have tried to point out the difficulties in attempting to "assimilate " the law for the three countries, the cir- cumstances of each being different. Can you explain how "the law in England is to be assimilated to the law in Ireland and Scot- land '?"
