Popular Dog Keeping (Bazaar, Exchange and Mart, 2s.) a useful

little book, but why, oh why, is there not some Protest against the constant chaining of the friend of man ? No doubt a dog must be on a chain or lead sometimes, but the cruelty inflicted by thoughtlessness in this regard F' sad to contemplate.
