Captain J. A.. Fergusson was in the battle of Jutland. • Captain Kemp.distinguished himself in thel3oer War and in.China. Captains Hall and Greatorex are both serving at the Admiralty in positions requiring quick and sound judgment. Captain Hall has made a great reputation for himself by his combination of skill as an officer —handsomely displayed in the battle of the Heligoland Bight— and unfailing fertility of ideas in a difficult administrative post.
