On Thursday Mr. Lloyd George introduced his Bill for insurance

against invalidity and unemployment. We have dealt with his speech in detail in our leading columns, and will only express here our satisfaction that the Chancellor of the Exchequer has sufficiently recovered from his throat troubles to be able to make so prolonged and trying an oratorical effort.
