When the bell tolled
Sir: The 3 January issue has just reached these shores, and 'Unforgiving' is what all readers should be towards Taki and the Spectator for failing to employ researchers. Ernest Hemingway did die in 1961, not in 1951 as Taki claimed in his remarks about Tina Brown. Unless it was a small joke no one was supposed to get, one can only assume no one was expected to read it. What a curious approach to journalism. N. Heimann 310 West 85 Street, New York, USA
