ON Tuesday, Charles Moore was named as Editor of the

Year by the Periodical Publishers Association. Ambrose Evans- Pritchard was shortlisted as writer of the year. The Spectator was shortlisted for consumer publication of the year and also for campaign of the year for its focus on British Telecom.
