The Delegates of the " National Convention" assemblim in the

On Wednesday there was a discussion on that part of the Queen's Speech which referred to the distarbers of the public peace. It was proposed to send up an address to the Queen, assuring her Majesty, that thoogh Ireland was in a most turbulent and miserable state, the Chartists were supporters of peace and order. It was agreed that the Committee appointed to draw up an address to the People should also take charge of the address to the Queen.
