Homeward Bound. By Edward Reeves. (Swan Sonnenschein and Co.)—Mr. Reeves
visite England after an absence of thirty years, and took on his way most of the other Australasian Colonies, Ceylon, Port Said, Italy, and Spain. Unfortunately, he stops in his record of experiences when he reaches the Thames. We should like to have heard what he thought of the Old Country after an absence so long. Others have described quite often enough the familiar route which Mr. Reeves follawed. Perhaps the most interesting part of his volume is to be found in the chapters which he gives t3 his Australian and Tasmanian neigh- bours.
