The British Government have invited the Governments of the Free

State and of Northern Ireland to appoint representatives to a Boundary Conference in which the British Government will take part. In conveying this invitation the British Government explained that although they were bound by the Treaty, they never- tl.e7ess felt that it would be expedient for the Boundary problem to be discussed by the three Governments. Both the Free State and the Northern Government have acCepted the invitation.
