THE FELLOWSHIP PARTY

SIR,—Cyril Ray may write lightly about advertise- ments for a new political group that proposes to call itself the 'National Fellowship' but we in the anti-war Fellowship Party are disturbed about in- quiries asking us whether there is any connection between these advertisements and the Fellowship Party.

I am authorised to state that the Fellowship Party has no connection with this new group and that its very different objects include: (1) working for a government that will act on the principles of non-violence and social justice; (2) working to abolish war; (3) uniting people of all nations in a non-violent movement to end war and tyranny and to establish equal rights and opportunities for all human beings; and (4) working with other countries to end poverty, ignorance and disease throughout the world.
