Set by D. R. Peddy A prize of £5, whith may be divided, is ofiered for an extrint from a speech by a delegate to the annual conference of a union representing the interests of one of the following: Recidivists, Baby- Sitters, Drones, Literary Competitors, Teen-Agers. Not more than 250 words.

Entries ,must be addressed to the Spectator, 99 Gower Street, London, VV.C.I, in envelopes marked "Competition," and must be received not later than November 28th. The results will be printed in the Stictator of December 71h.
