FAIR PLAY FOR NON-SMOKERS

[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] SIR,—A considerable number of the population of England a victims to the inconsiderate habit of many smokers ; we as only for a reasonable allowance of time and place to cat food, and find one corner in hotel or restaurant where smoki is not allowed ; for many of us are unable, through no fault our own, to enjoy any form of amusement in a public pla on account of the prevalence of tobacco.
