Mr. Eden and Lord Cranbome resume control of the Foreign Office and Captain Margesson at last is given a department instead of a party to run. The Foreign Office and the Army are manned entirely by Conservatives. It is too early to comment on the changes. Others must follow on the industrial and economic side of Government, if the whole team is to command unanimous support.
