Mrs. Hodson, widow of Captain Hodson, has had the honour of pre- senting to her Majesty, in person, two swords, one taken by her late husband from the King of Delhi, and the other surrendered by the King on the 21st of September, 1857, the former of which formerly belonged to Jehanghier, A.D. 1605, and the latter to Nadir Shah.
