the Waverley Book Company (98 Farringdon _Street, E.C. 4) has an- authoritative list of contributors ; but perhaps its greatest attraction is in the profuse and well; chosen illustrations. The last volume is written by Mr. K. W, M. Pickthorn and deals with the period 1914-1922 ; here the photographs are -or -especial value in recalling to mind our experiencea, and the'-changes of atmosphere and psychology during the years of the War: - 7
