Sin,—In reply to the query in your issue of the 22nd ult., in a limestone house that I occupied in Ireland internal " weeping " was obviated by a narrow airspace between the stonework and laths that were introduced to bear the plaster. This provision was locally termed "studding."—I am, Sir, &c.,
