Mr. Debrett has just published a sort of Peerage of

the House .of Commons, giving a short account of each member, and illus- trated by a sketch of his arms, when he claims any. Glancing over these we find, oddly enough, that Mr. John Bright's crest is, "A dragon's head gules, vomiting flames of fire."
