THE BRITISH SOCIETY OF AESTHETICS SIR,- We should be obliged

if you would draw the attention of your readers to a proposal to form a ' British Society of Aesthetics. It is hoped that our first appearance as national society will be at the International Congress of Aesthetics which takes place in Athens this Sep- tember. Those of your readers who are interested should write to the Hon. Secretary, c/o Department of Philosophy, Birkbeck College. Mulct Street, WO;
