M. Jullien has completely renovated the inside of Drury Lane
Theatre: an azure ceiling setting off a splendid lustre, and a judicious application of white and gold in the decorations, produce a light effect, that augurs well for the appearance of the house when opened for dramatic purposes. The powerful orchestra is composed of established favourites; and the promenade concerts, which are to last for a month, draw crowded au- diences.
