Some uneasiness has been created in the East of Europe

by the publication of an ukase by the Emperor of Russia for a levy of 125,000 soldiers; of whom the greater part are supposed to be destined for the Turkish frontier, and the rest for Poland. As usual, pacific assurances accompany the announcement of the intended increase of the Russian army.
