The Lisbon correspondent of the Times mentions, that the Por-

tuguese Ministry intend to move for a Committee of the Cortes, on the new Tariff, with a view to its modification or abolition. A band of Guerillas disturb the province of Algarves ; and the Go- vernment was about to send a body of troops into that quarter.
