Women and their Work. By the Hon. Mrs. Arthur Lyttelton.
(Methuen and Co. 2s. 6d.)—Mrs. Arthur Lyttelton has some good, counsel to give to women, and gives it in this volume. She takes for her subject both the domestic work of women, dealing with it in the chapters entitled "The Family" and
The Household," and the outdoor work, if we may so call it, whether it be philanthropic or professional. Then there is a Dhapter on "Recreation "—here are some judicious remarks on Sunday observance—and another on "Friendship." A book this which will be found well to repay perusal.
