The Emperor of Russia and the King of Prussia are
now at the camp of Kalisch. Englishmen are generally refused permission to visit the camp; but an exception ins been made in favour of the 'Duke of' Goanox, the Orange Grand Master of Scotland, who, we presume, is looked upon by the Northern despots as a congenial spirit. There were reports in Hamburg a few days ago of a serious affray between tile Russian and Prussian troops at Kalisch, but they have ;wt been confirmed.
