These .two--bulky volumes- (New--fork : Tea and Coffee Trade Journal,. $25) form a companion study to the monu- mental treatise on Coffee that Mr. Ukers published 13 years ago. -The writing of the book has absorbed all the author's time since the publication of the earlier_ volume, and he his spent.in all-about 25 years in preliminary research. The U.+ has been well spent, for no detail concerning the production, use, and enjoyment of tea in arty country olat a'ny time appeals to have been neglected.
