A Belgian Commissioner, M. HANN°, residing in Luxeniburg, near the
fortress of Bettenbourgh, was seized on the night of the 15th instant, by a detachment from the Prussian garrison of that place, and thrown into prison. The Prussians forced open his house by cutting away the doors and windows with their hatchets. The cause of this outrage does not appear : it seems to have created much excitement in Brussels.
