(Macmillan.)—This "Reprint from the Spectator" appears in a third edition, the "Foolscap 4to" shape being changed to "Crown 8vo." It is needless to commend again a book for which the title-page says enough.—Another reprint is Rivers of Waters in Dry Places (Religious Tract Society). This is the story of Dr. Moffat's life and work in Africa. Various changes have been made, and additional chapters relate the story of how that work has been carried on since the great missionary's death.
