Burr Edward Pack Barber, the Seeretary of " the Samaritan Institu- tion„" is in trouble again. Ile is charged with having in December 1855 obtained beer, biscuits, and flour, from traderimeii, for distribution among the poor on Christmas Day, and with having either consumed them hint- self or sold them for his own benefit. The case was partly heard yesterday at the Maintionhinnte, 'and it stands adjourned till Tuesday.
