The fall in German Loans had a depressing - effect upon
International stocks generally, while in the Industrial section the depression was emphasized by the passing of theliaterini dividend by the United Molasses Company, and Transatlantic Industrials were depressed by renewed selling from Wall Street. Even gilt-edged stocks have been affected to some extent during the week by the general depression,and there has been a further decline in Australians.
