The Admiralty has announced that a German cruiser of the

Kolbers ' class (about 4,000 tons, built about 1907) was torpedoed by a British Submarine in the Nerth Sea on Thirtaday week. When last seen the cruiser was " steaming slovoly in evident difficulties." The' German Government have adndtted that a cruiser, the Munchen,' was hit, but say that she was only slightly damaged.
