According to present arrangements, the. King of the Belgians will

take leave of Queen Victoria this morning, and proceed via DoVerto Numbs.

The first stone of the Reformatory Asylum for the county of Warwick was laid on Wednesday, by. Lady- Leigh of Stoneleigh. The Asylum will stand on ground given by Lord Leigh, at Weston, and-will accom- modate 80 inmates. Thirty acres of land-are attached.
