The Stationery Of f ice has issued a volume of Collected Diplomatic

Documents relating to the Outbreak of the European War. It includes a reprint of the British White Paper, together with the official translations of the French Yellow Book, the Russian Orange Book, the Belgian Grey Book, the Serbian Blue Book, the German White Book, and the Austrian Red Book, as well as some other miscellaneous official documents bearing upon the same subject. The volume is of a convenient size, and is stoutly bound in boards with a cloth back. It costs only a shilling, and may be had from any bookseller, or from Messrs. Wyman and Sons, Fetter Lane, E.C.
