[To THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTATOR."3 SIR,—In connexion with the interesting article "Poetical Salads," in your issue of June 25th, I should like to remark how strange it is no one has ever appeared to notice that Byron's repeated Zonjaes, cis tiyalra, is incorrect. He should have written Zw0,044cè dyara. No native Greek, in tender address, could possibly write the modern courtesy-plural sits, but would in- variably use —I am, Sir, &c. A. Taos.
