TILE VALDER SCHEME IN NEW ZEALAND
[To the Editor of the Sri.crxroa.] s,—In your issue of September 17th you were good enough to draw attention to the booklet : Wanted, a Practical Solution to Britain's Industrial Problem: a Contribution from New Zealand. Your review states : "There are to be only two classes of shares in industrial concerns in the future." This may prove misleading, as the Companies Empowering Act, 1924, of New Zealand, 'which gives effect to the scheme out- lined in the booklet, is in no way compulsory. Might I state that the booklet is procurable at Messrs. A. R. Mowbray and Co., Ltd., 28 Margaret Street, W. 1, price Is. id., post free?—
I am, Sir, &c.,
