HITLER'S FIRST AGGRESSION

SIR,—In an article on Hitler's First Aggression in last week's Spectator, Elizabeth Wiskemann says: "Lord Kemsley is credited with having told Alfred Rosenberg, during a visit to Germany a few weeks before she very outbreak of war, that `Chamberlain was in his way the Ftihrer of England, similar to Hitler and Mussolini.' " I certainly did not make that statement, or any other resembling it, either to Rosenberg or anyone
